Some June Mini's

~~~~Tutorial~~~~
First off Angie has a great little mini book tutorial to make these cute mini bamboo skewer albums. Super quick and easy to make. This one is a little different from other skewer minis made with a piano hinge thingy.
All you need to make this little baby is some cardstock, bamboo skewers and an elastic hair band....strange but true.
Anyways if you follow Angies instructions you may end up with something that looks a little something like this....
~~~~fun minis~~~~
Fun in the sun! (at least for some) Now this mini makes me feel the chill of Sydney winter even more. At least it's summer somewhere in the world... Love the bright colors. I want a Scallop Circle Punch

This fun birthday cake mini album made by heidi. what a fab idea. the mini comes precut by creative imaginations. I love the way the pages are all different shapes and sizes.

Ok now im jealous... Ashley's first mini album and she manages to create this!! Where is the justice!
Nice mini album... I guess...lol.

~~~~SALES~~~~
Two Peas in a bucket is having their Summer Clearance Sale which ends 30 June. save up to 75% off selected scrapbook stuff.
I had a browse around to see if i could find any great buys and this is what i came up with
2. Transportation Chipboard Coasters (MayaRoad) 40% off - $4.80
3. Ruby's Black Board Album (Cosmo Cricket) 30% off - $4.20
4. Scallop Oval Sheer Keychain Set (Maya Road) 25% off $1.50
There are a heap more little cheapies.
Ali Edwards has a new book which is out in august. "Sharing your Story" 164 pages of mini book making stuff....ohhh. you can preorder it for $19.95 at Creating Keepsakes shop
Looks good.
I love the mini Skewer books! I made a couple like that, only a little bigger. See them (with tutorial) here:
I also did a gift recently with a photo cube made from cd cases and a skewer book inside. Check it out!
There's even a video tutorial!
Enjoy! Jewels
