Free Gratitude Kit By Summer Driggs

Well, I was visiting over at my favorite freebie spot Summertime Designs, looking for some fab papers to spice up my latest scrapbook calendar project and was faced with Summer's latest post which simply brought a tear to my eye. Summer's freind Kari has a 7 month old daughter who has just been diagnosed with neuroblastoma cancer.

Summer is putting together a gift basket full of goodies for Kari and her family to lift their spirits. She has created this special 'Gratitude Kit' dedicated to Kari and the wonderful mum that she is. As always her kits are free... and awesome, but if you would like to donate a dollar or two to contribute towards the basket it will be greatly appreciated.

Found some great calendar inserts on the maya road website. They are made to fit the maya road binder albums but you can totally adapt them to your own mini albums.

Not only will you find calendar pages here but there are also address book, Day Planner and journal pages.
They also come in a range of sizes from as small as 4x4 to 8x8" and everything in between. how cool is that!!

Friday Favs - Playing Card Mini Album

This weeks fabulous friday favourite is a freebie from the creating keepsakes magazine celebrating some thing or other. It's a photoshop freebie though so you may not even be able to use it ubless you have ps.
Im not the biggest fan of digital scrapbooking myself but I thought i might give this Playing card album a whirl, especially since all the hard work is already done for you. Just print the box, cut it out and slap it together. Add photos to the playing card sheet in photoshop, print, cut, done. Sounds simple enough. We'll see how we go.

There is also the whole Strawberry Lemonade kit available as a free download for you to play with. The papers are really quite pretty. No doubt they will sit on my hard drive untouched for ever...one day....

Very cool fonts

I have been hunting high and low for one particular font and after an hour of searching i've finally found it.

MA Sexy, created and shared by Margarete Antonio. She is seriously talented and has a few other fonts + digital designs plus she also designs stamps for AMuse.
